13. A member of staff of Pidula Wakepark has the right to call the Customer off the Wakepark immediately if the Customer breaches the Requirements and/or the Terms, does not follow the orders of a member of staff of Pidula Wakepark, or if, in the opinion of the member of staff of Pidula Wakepark, using the Wakepark is no longer safe.
