Point-of-sale system and digital customer contracts

With the project “Pidula Wakepark point-of-sale system and digital customer contracts”, the first aim is to become the first leisure and extreme sports park in Estonia to move to contactless digital customer contracts. This reduces paper consumption, shortens the time needed to conclude a customer contract and makes document management much more efficient. Digital contracts are also considerably more secure for the company, as finding the relevant contract when needed is easier and faster, and the signature on the contract is easier to verify.

The project also aims to acquire new, modern point-of-sale software to make the whole point-of-sale system compatible with both the accounting software and the booking system. Pidula Wakepark needs 3 points of sale (the Wakepark café, the terrace bar and the Funpark café). In the 2023 summer season the wakepark also has staff whose work schedules and payroll will become much faster and clearer.

Visual identity

Pidula Wakepark has a logo but no digital identity. By the end of the project, the aim was to have an overview and precise guidelines on how Pidula Wakepark should look as a brand. The plan was to create a brand book, templates and an overall logic for the use of images and video for Pidula Wakepark.

By the end of the project, Pidula Wakepark's digital identity was complete, designed to speak to domestic and foreign tourists alike. It includes set fonts, colour schemes, rules for using the logo, guidelines and templates for managing all digital media channels and producing content, an updated website www.saarewake.ee that matches the brand, guidelines and templates for communicating with both domestic and foreign tourists, and sample designs along with the rules needed to create designs.
